There is no change needed to any hardware for engine remapping. Therefore there should be no affect on your warranty. We have had an example where a customer had lowered his suspension and bottomed out causing his sump to crack. Within ¼ of a mile he had run the engine dry and destroyed the turbo too. The engine was completely replaced under warranty despite the fact that he had lowered the suspension too.
